In comparison to business hotels, it was a bit larger, giving me more room to open my large suitcases without having to trip over them. The bathroom was large and had all the amenities and towels I needed. Room cleaning was also spot on and I enjoyed the super fast internet. The hotel is located within 2-3 minute walk of the station and there's a convenience store right next door. The staff were friendly and there were amenities in the lobby if I needed them. The hotel breakfast was in a separate restaurant under the hotel. The quality of the breakfast was excellent and I enjoyed sampling the local delicacies.

Location! The front desk was helpful and always so welcoming when I walk back into the hotel. I had always stayed at this chain in Japan where available and so far hasn’t disappointed me. Loved how the directions to the hotel is clear, especially someone who is good at getting lost! I stayed at two different room types because after checking out for a night, the single room I booked wasn’t available so took a double room. The hotel is clean and I like the decor, but can see the building is a tad old, no fault of the management and despite this they maintained it well.

Superb location with 1 mins walk to Hakata station and a few mins walk to car rental. Lawson is just next to the hotel. Area is packed with good resto options. Service is amazing and staff is super helpful. Room is a bit bigger than most hotels. Bathroom is also bigger. Bed are comfy. In-room amenities are decent and good enough. Though the hotel is situated in the centre of Fukuoka, there is no noise at all at night. Will def revisit this hotel once I have a chance to visit Fukuoka again.

Great location, a minute walk away from underground east 7 exit. Lack of modern usb charging ports but instead they provide a multi headed charger, sweet. Bath salt is provided, 3 flavours, take your pick at front desk. Bath towel is another gem, it’s of one of the best that I’ve ever used, don’t miss it. TV is Netflix/ YouTube/ Amazon Prime capable, need your own subscription. Free DIY luggage storage, set your own password and go. Staffs are all friendly and helpful.

Lovely art deco style hotel in a great location. 3 minute walk to Hakata station and plenty of great restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood. A little old but well maintained and spotless. Nice breakfast at basement restaurant downstairs. Rooms are slightly larger than average Japanese hotel room. Lovely staff. Complimentary donuts upon check-in. Lovely staff who helped me send my suitcase to my next destination by Ta-Q-bin. Beds are firm and comfy.
